As a regular customer, I have gotten to know the staff at Focus quite intimately. However, it is clearly obvious that James' friendly service is experienced by all of the patrons at Focus. Chef Allen presents wide selection of dishes (with daily-changing entrees and mains) using ingredients rarely seen in such an area, this really is the premier dining experience. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! The Head Chef is unbelievable and we would like to see him applauded for his menu. Went there for a party not long back and thought the food was stunning. The atmosphere is intimate and ambient and we had a great night. The Head Chef is certainly a find for the Springwood area and deserves praise in the extreme. We will DEFINITELY be back for more.
